Privacy Policy
The short version: we only ask for what we need to answer your quote request, we never sell it, and this site uses no analytics or advertising cookies. Here is the full picture, in plain English.

1. Who we are
This website belongs to Work Color Signs (Work Color LLC), a sign and vehicle wrap company at 4854 Distribution Ct, Ste 8, Orlando, FL 32822. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Work Color Signs, and "you" means anyone who visits this site or contacts us through it.
2. What we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us:
- Quote form: your name, phone number, email address, business name (optional), the service you are interested in, your preferred contact method and language, and the project details you type in.
- Files you attach: a photo, logo, sketch or document you add to the form, if you choose to.
- Phone, WhatsApp and email: whatever you share with us when you call, message or write to us, including photos of your wall, storefront or vehicle.
The form also contains a hidden "website" field that people never see. It exists only to stop spam robots and should always be empty.
We do not run analytics, advertising pixels or any tool that builds a profile of your visit.
3. How we use it
We use your information to:
- reply to your request and prepare a quote or budget;
- design, permit, fabricate and install the sign or wrap you order, and keep you updated along the way;
- contact you the way you asked (call, WhatsApp or email) and in the language you chose;
- keep the business and tax records the law requires.
We do not use your details for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell, rent or trade them to anyone.
4. Who else sees it
Your information is handled by our own team. It passes through a small number of services we rely on to talk with you:
- WhatsApp: when you send the quote form, your browser opens WhatsApp with your request already written, so you can send it to us. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp. Messages are then handled under WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
- Email and phone providers: emails and calls travel through our email and phone service providers.
- Permit offices: when your project needs a permit, we share the project and business details the city or county asks for.
If we connect the form to an email delivery service in the future, we will name that provider here. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
5. Google Maps, Google Fonts and outside links
- Google Maps: our contact page shows an embedded Google map so you can find the shop. When the map loads, Google receives technical information such as your IP address and may set its own cookies, under Google's privacy policy.
- Google Fonts: the typefaces on this site load from Google's servers, which receive your IP address and browser details to deliver the font files.
- Reviews: the Google reviews shown on this site are saved copies of public reviews. No Google widget runs when you read them.
- Social and outside links: links to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google and BBB open those sites, which have their own privacy policies.
6. Cookies and local storage
This site does not set tracking or advertising cookies. On the home page, your browser's local storage keeps one small note: the time you last closed the pop-up message, so it does not keep reappearing. It stays on your device, is never sent to us, and you can clear it any time in your browser settings. Third-party services such as the Google map may set their own cookies, as described above.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as we need it to answer your request, complete and support your project, and meet our legal and tax record-keeping duties. When we no longer need it, we delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you.
8. Your choices and rights
You can always:
- ask what information we hold about you;
- ask us to correct or update it;
- ask us to delete it, unless we must keep it by law;
- tell us to stop contacting you.
Send your request using the details in section 12. We will answer in English or Spanish.
9. Security
This site is served over a secure HTTPS connection, and we limit access to your information to the people who need it to work on your project. No website or messaging service is perfectly secure, so please do not send passwords, payment card numbers or other sensitive data through the form or WhatsApp.
10. Children
This site is meant for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, for example by adding analytics or a new form service, we will update this page and the effective date below.
